Leatherhead's life began like any other, as the smallest form of life which is an infant or baby depending on which one you care to use.  However, despite him not being any older than an infant he was still flushed down a toilet like a dead fish, or piece of crap that didn't belong.  As fate would have it he did not perish, and was found by a group of alien beings known as the Utroms who took him into their care for study.  Life is strange, and unexpected changes arise when you least expect them.  This is exactly what happened to Leatherhead, he came in contact with a mutegan that the Utrom's were working with and and his body's physical composition changed.  Leatherhead's growth was increased, and he had become an anthropedic creature.  This simply means that instead of being on all fours like your typical crocodile Leatherhead would now be walking on two legs like a human, however, he was anything but human as he was a mutant. Once he had apparently become able to comprehend and manage himself quite abely they adopted him.  Leatherhead then spent his life helping the utroms with their work, and they taught him a great deal of things further increasing his already high intellect.  However, his life would soon take a turn for the worst as his family, the Utroms were forced to evacuate the TCRI Building where they had been staying.  Leatherhead was abandoned, forgotten, and alone.

     Leatherhead who felt like his life with the Utrom's was the only reason for living that he must maintain began constructing a transmat in order to rejoin them.  In the process of doing so he hooks up with the evil genious Baxter Stockman.  During his construction of this device Leatherhead runs into Michelangelo, a member of the TMNT (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles).  Leatherhead pursues him and attempts to stop him from escaping, however, once he catches up to the young turtle Michelangelo calms him down and they are able to stop fighting.  Suddenly the wrest of the TMNT, Leonardo, Rapheal, and Donatello (also Turtles) would appear and launch an assault on him which did nothing more than provoke his rage and start a fierce confrontation.  In the midst of this Leatherhead is overpowered by three of the turtles excluding Michelangelo, who had tried to stop their vicous and relentless attack on him stops them just in the nick of time from administering a devastating and possibly life threating motion.  They agree upon a truce and Leatherhead is released.  Leatherhead then leads them back to a better location which turns out to be the turtle's old lair!  They began to discuss the transmat which Leatherhead had been constructing which leads to Leatherhead asking if they know the Utroms, and once they agree to this he recalls his story of how he became what he is now and his current situation.  After this Baxter Stockman appears and then they attack the turtles with a robot they had constructed specifically for them, Metalhead which copies their fighting styles and other tactics.  Once they defeat this Baxter Stockman attempts to stop them himself, making the critical error of mentiong he worked for the Shredder, this angers Leatherhead and he exclaims that the Shredder was the Utroms most hated enemy.  Suddenly Baxter Stockman sees this as an opportunity to destroy them all in one blow, and attempts to destroy the lair which would kill them all.  However, Leatherhead who stops the ceiling from caving in would let the turtles escape, valiantly letting them live.  Even though Leatherhead had the chance to leave and join them, he says that without the transmat and the Utroms life is meaningless.

    Leatherhead and Donatello would be working together using their combined intellectual genious to speed up processes much faster than if they had done it alone.  As they work Michelangelo puts a metallic object ontop of Leatherhead's head in an attempt to gain faster T.V. reception, asking Leatherhead to move back and forth until it worked.  This would cause the news to come on, which would be broadcasting the events that had taken place and the clean up efforts now in session.  Leatherhead would tilt his head causing the reception to fail, this would result in a retort from Michelangelo "Smooth move, Leather-Dork" which would cause Leatherhead to snarl.  Almost at once Leatherhead's eyes would form slits and he would crumple up the strange device upon his head and glare at Michelangelo.  Donatello would then calm him down by telling him not to worry about him.  Master Splinter would then arrive and take Michelangelo with him on an inspection of the sewers to give Leatherhead and Donatello some time to work alone so they would not be disturbed.  As Leatherhead and Donatello continued to work Leonardo would arrive asking if Raphael had come back yet, they both denied having seen him.  Raphael would arrive back at the lair, and shortly afterwards so would Michelangelo and Master Splinter.  Michelangelo would then present a briefcase full of money and suggested a few ideas for it, however, Raphael had a better and more well thought out idea of what to do with it.

read a new comic that had arrived.  Leatherhead was truly held in highest regards as a member of their group, and family.  Leatherhead would then accidently smash teacup upon setting his hand down, and then when he tried to pick up the pieces his tail would obliterate the tea pot.  Raphael would then make a joke about him being like "a giant croc in a china shop".  This seemingly harmless joke would cause Leatherhead's temper to rise as he let out his frustrations on Raphael who attempted to say it was just a joke, Leatherhead would say quite angrily that he was not a joke and then storm off in a fit of rage.  He would then be found fixing the tea cup, Raphael would then approach and attempt to apologize but Leatherhead would say that it was his own fault.  He would announce that his temper had grown so much worse and he had no control over it.  Then would go on to say after the tortures he had endured in Bishop's lab it was as if a part of himself was seperated from his mind and he didn't know what to do.  Everyone would be sleeping, and Leatherhead would be involved in his own slumber.  In his mind his thoughts were unstable causing him to have a horrible nightmare occur, where it seemed that all of his friends and enemies were against him.  Leatherhead's mental state was frightened by these images, he was helpless to defend himself in this dream as they struck blow after blow further tormenting him and treating him like an utter weakling.  Leatherhead's fear would ignite throughout all of this causing him to thrash out and attack Michelangelo unknowingly in his enraged form.  When Leatherhead calmed down and saw what he had down, he thought he had murdered Michelangelo and began to panic.  As he cradled Michelangelo in his arms the others would wake up and enter the room, Master Splinter would then ask Leatherhead what had happened.  Leatherhead would answer by saying he was a monster, and warning them to stay back because he was not safe.  Leatherhead's own emotional fear would become apparent upon his face as he came to the conclusion that he must seperate himself from them in order to avoid a relapse.  Leatherhead would flee into the sewers exclaiming that he was a monster,  Raphael would then go to Michelangelo's side and attempt to get him to move, talk, anything.  Michelangelo would then respond by saying "I guess I'm lucky you didn't give me mouth to mouth."  Raphael would then drop him after realizing he was ok, and the Michelangelo would then explain what had happened, Michelangelo would then ask where Leatherhead was so he could see if he was ok, but would then learn Leatherhead had fled out of fear that he may have had a relapse and killed them all.  Then the group would set out after him.  Leatherhead would then comment to himself that he was a savage, a horrible monster and there could be no home for him.  Leatherhead would then be in a crouched position mourning over Michelangelo's fate, tears pouring down his face.  He questioned how he could have done it, then asking what he had become would realize the truth that in fact he was a monster.  This was true, at least to some extent.  A hunter would then emerge and plan an assault on Leatherhead.  As the hunter prepared to take down Leatherhead he would proclaim that he was a monster and he deserved to be hunted down and destroyed.  And then he fell to his knees, exclaiming that "oblivion would be a welcome outcome to such a grotesque life."  The man makes the mistake of mentioning capturing four other creatures, and upon this Leatherhead's rage is ignited, causing him to attack.  Leatherhead would not be so lucky as to claim an easy victory over this huntet as a few button pressings on his wrist watch would cause the gun Leatherhead had in his snout to send an electric shock through him.  Leatherhead would then be knocked out cold and fall to the floor completley at the mercy of this hunter, the hunter then decides to use the now unconcious Leatherhead as bait for the TMNT.  The TMNT would arrive to find Leatherhead tied upside down and hanging above a giant whirlpool, as they proceeded to rescue him Leonardo would catch wind of the Hunter's trap and cause them to evade it.  They would then go after the hunter who had been so easily spotted after his little miss, as they attacked him an accidental misfire would blow up his robot and send the lazer blast at Leatherhead's rope severing it!  Leatherhead who was still unconcious would be helpless against all of this as he fell into the whirlpool, in which there was a giant fan and Leatherhead was headed straight for it!  If he wasn't saved he would become one dicey crocodile.  Plunging into the water the TMNT make a desperate attempt to save his life, however, the current is too strong and the only way to save him is for Donatello to use his staff to stop the fan.  After dragging him out of the water they would lay him down, and Leonardo would then proceed to cut off the ropes that bound his wrists and ankles.  Leatherhead would then wake up and would be overjoyed to see Michelangelo alive, Leatherhead then tries to warn them about the hunter but Leonardo tells him not to worry as they already know.  The hunter would then emerge, his gun at critical level sparks would be seen around it.  He would announce that his gun was going to explode and take them all with it,  Leatherhead would then launch himself foward, his inner rage once again ingited and latch onto the gun with his hands.  Then he would take the hunter with him over the edge and into the water, the gun would then explode, Donatello would then say that Leatherhead had given his life to save theirs.  This was not true as Leatherhead once again emerged.  As they all decided to go home Leatherhead disagreed, saying that he would not risk another relapse and what if he had actually hurt Michelangelo or worse.  They try to convince him they can help him manage it, but he would not allow that kind of threat to their lives when they were so close and precious to him in his heart.  Donatello finds a substitue in an abandonded station he had discovered via hacking some computers, here he was three minutes away so he had some space to cool down and control his temper.  Leatherhead would then say "I don't know how to thank you" they would respond by saying he didn't have to, and "us mutants gotta stick together family and all that."  Leatherhead agreed.

    Leatherhead would clutch his head in pain at the sound which would not stop, the pain in his head throbbing he continued to shout to make it stop from the apparently strange devices at work.  As the TMNT were about to be  eliminated due to them being unconcious, Leatherhead appeared to save the day.  They would then wake and Leonardo would exclaim "Master Splinter!"  Leatherhead would explain they abducted him and he couldn't stop them.  Then Professor Honeycutt appeared and join the group, Leatherhead would then notice a signal on the computer which could help them get where they needed to go.  Leatherhead would erupt from the car and taking out the enemies in the path,  Leatherhead would then catch the door before it closed allowing the TMNT to go through.  As enemies poured into the room Leatherhead's inner rage was once again fired up, he then proceeded to take out Bishop's men.

   Master Splinter fortells of a vision which causes the group to go on a mission to infiltrate and stop whatever the Shredder is apparently planning, Leatherhead accompanies Donatello into the base while the other's work in teams of two or three.  While on their way further inward Leatherhead and Donatello are ambushed by Foot Tech, which are special Foot Ninja with technology that enables to cloak themselves, rendering them invisible.  After taking a few beatings Leatherhead's rage ignites and he easily defeats the Foot Tech, after which they continue moving foward.   Then they stumble upon the Shredder's plan, a starship designed to take him into outer space, and away from the Earth so he may spread his terror to other planets and the main target of his wrath would be the Utrom homeworld.  As Leatherhead and Donatello fight off foot minions , Oroku Saki appears via a secret entrance.  Donatello then launches an attack against him attempting to stop him, and are shortly joined by Michelangelo, Master Spliner, and Raphael.  They all take up a stance against Oroku Saki in an effort to stop his advancement.  They are shortly joined by Hun, and four elite Ninja who are all underlings to Oroku Saki.  Immediatly after Hun demands they "step away from the master"  a strange sound would be heard which would begin to rapidly speed up.  The source of the sound would become evident as an explosion would cause the door to blow wide open, and in the smoke of this Bishop and his troops would appear.  Then Bishop would announce to "Destroy them all!"  Upon opening fire a great brawl would ensue, with everyone fighting.  Leatherhead would take shelter from the blasts, and Karai and Leonardo would then appear from the secret entrance.  Master Splinter would then confront Shredder and then announce he would not let him flee to reak havoc on other planets or to seek vengeance upon the Utrom homeworld.  After taking a slash at him, Oroku Saki would block this but fall prey to Raphael's sneak attack, nor Michelangelo's continuation of this.  Afterwhich Hun would rescue him and attempt to hold them off.  Leatherhead would just be finishing off a couple of foot ninja when he notices Oroku Saki attempting to make his departure, not giving him the chance to do so Leatherhead's rage would ignite as his pupils turned to slits and his animal side took over in a fury of rage.  This would cause him to plant a serious number of punshing blows upon Oroku Saki's body.  Hun, who had seen this would rush to his aide and knock Leatherhead away from him.  Leatherhead would then be knocked into a tank of strange orange fluid, this would cause the glass to shatter as it spilled over him.  Leatherhead would then appear to have been knockd out.  Hun would then rip off the fragment of clothing on Oroku Saki and say quite stunned "Sir, you...uh...you're an Utrom?"  Leatherhead would then ambush him and send them spiraling downwards down a pit.  Upon Shredder's attempted escape the team would disable him, causing him to escape in his Utrom form.  However, he is easily cornered causing Karai to come to the rescue.  Bishop attempts to stop this, however fails.  Shredder's ship takes off and the turtles make a desperate leap and proceed within the ship as it leaves.

    Leatherhead would be clothed in an attire that demonstrated his intellectual side which was composted of a white jacket which scientests often wear, Leatherhead would then go on to explain about Donatello's mutation.  Leatherhead would then announce that he was unable to cure Donatello.  Leatherhead would then unveil the containment unit that he and Donatello had been working on to catch larger mutations, and with which they could use to hold him.  Once they found him they began to attack him and trying to keep him off guard, once they had accomplished this they Leonardo signaled for Leatherhead who emerged and immedaitly restrained Donatello.  After which he placed him inside the containment unit, Donatello was then locked in.  He struggled, but he could not break out.  Then after taking him back to the lair they began to gaze at him wondering what to do, Leatherhead made the comment about being able to sympathize as he knew what it felt like to be a monster.  Leonardo then vows to hunt a cure down him no matter what it takes.

   Leatherhead announces that Donatello did the majority of the work on the outbreak virus, and would like to consult with Donatello on his own progress considering the fact that Donatello is the monster captured.  Leatherhead would then go on to say that without him he felt his progress would be too slow.  He then explains that Donatello's condition grows worse by the minute and it was only a matter of time until he is lost forever.  After Leonardo suggested Bishop may be able to uncreate the virus Leatherhead remarks that Bishop is a dangerous man.  After Michelangelo had tried to feed Donatello, he would become ensared by his grip.  Leatherhead would turn on the tranquilzing gas but Donatello was becoming immune to it.  Leatherhead then says he will have to work on stronger tranquilizers.  Leonardo would then exclaim that was that and they were going after Bishop, but not knowing where to find him.  Leatherhead would speak up explaining how Bishop had held him for weeks torturing him and he knew where to find him, but the journey would be too long and they probably didn't have that much time.  They then borrowed the helicopter Donatello had been working on.  Leonardo would then form a plan to go after Bishop after they had arrived at AREA 51 which was Bishop's base.  Agreeing to Bishop's deal they would bring Donatello in his concealment tank Leatherhead following.  Upon seeing Bishop Leatherhead's temper would once again begin to rise, however, the TMNT managed to calm him down by reminding him of why they had gone to him.  Donatello would rip out of the containment field which Stockman had hooked up, and after ripping the door of Stockman's personal contaiment unit off would then thrust it at Leatherhead which would hit him and cause him to collapse.  As Bishop was just about to neutralize Donatello Leatherhead would appear and knock him away, he would crush the device on Bishop's hand saying if he must be subdued he would do it.  Leatherhead then tackled him and they began to roll down the hall.  Their little brawl would carry into the genetics labratory where Bishop had been experimenting on him, Leatherhead would then begin to panic and freak out as he collapsed to the ground afraid of the memories which had happened here and unable to move.  Leatherhead was completley defenseless and unaware of Donatello's attack, however, Leonardo would then proceed to administering tranquilizers to his body which subdued him.  Leatherhead would once again make arguments about not trusting Baxter Stockman nor Bishop with the care of Donatello.

    Leatherhead's rage would ignite upon the news that there was no cure and that Bishop had lied to them about it in order to get them to retrieve something for him.  As Leatherhead was about to attack him Master Splinter was able to calm him down, but when Bishop came into the room Leatherhead's rage was focused on him instead.  Leatherhead would then proceed to attacking him, but before he could Bishop warned him that if he did Stockman would stop working on a cure.  This stopped Leatherhead from attacking him as his pupils returned to their circular shape, Leatherhead then asked Baxter Stockman to show him the results of what he had so far.  Leatherhead had finally found a cure for the outbreak, and Bishop says it would have been a waste to disect him due to him being more brilliant than Stockman.  Leatherhead had finally cured Donatello who stepped out of the containement unit completly bare of any sort of clothing, and totally maskless.  As Donatello had just been cured he was a little faint and began to fall over, as he did so Leatherhead caught him.  Still clinging to Leatherhead he would smile as everyone expressed their joys to see him.  As they all fled the now to explode building they escaped in the helicoptor and began to fly away, as they did the building exploded.  The outbreak all over would be cured, and it would truly be a happy ending, or is it?

his enraged form.  When Leatherhead calmed down and saw what he had down, he thought he had murdered Michelangelo and began to panic.  As he cradled Michelangelo in his arms the others would wake up and enter the room, Master Splinter would then ask Leatherhead what had happened.  Leatherhead would answer by saying he was a monster, and warning them to stay back because he was not safe.  Leatherhead's own emotional fear would become apparent upon his face as he came to the conclusion that he must seperate himself from them in order to avoid a relapse.  Leatherhead would flee into the sewers exclaiming that he was a monster,  Raphael would then go to Michelangelo's side and attempt to get him to move, talk, anything.  Michelangelo would then respond by saying "I guess I'm lucky you didn't give me mouth to mouth."  Raphael would then drop him after realizing he was ok, and the Michelangelo would then explain what had happened, Michelangelo would then ask where Leatherhead was so he could see if he was ok, but would then learn Leatherhead had fled out of fear that he may have had a relapse and killed them all.  Then the group would set out after him.  Leatherhead would then comment to himself that he was a savage, a horrible monster and there could be no home for him.  Leatherhead would then be in a crouched position mourning over Michelangelo's fate, tears pouring down his face.  He questioned how he could have done it, then asking what he had become would realize the truth that in fact he was a monster.  This was true, at least to some extent.  A hunter would then emerge and plan an assault on Leatherhead.  As the hunter prepared to take down Leatherhead he would proclaim that he was a monster and he deserved to be hunted down and destroyed.  And then he fell to his knees, exclaiming that "oblivion would be a welcome outcome to such a grotesque life."  The man makes the mistake of mentioning capturing four other creatures, and upon this Leatherhead's rage is ignited, causing him to attack.  Leatherhead would not be so lucky as to claim an easy victory over this huntet as a few button pressings on his wrist watch would cause the gun Leatherhead had in his snout to send an electric shock through him.  Leatherhead would then be knocked out cold and fall to the floor completley at the mercy of this hunter, the hunter then decides to use the now unconcious Leatherhead as bait for the TMNT.  The TMNT would arrive to find Leatherhead tied upside down and hanging above a giant whirlpool, as they proceeded to rescue him Leonardo would catch wind of the Hunter's trap and cause them to evade it.  They would then go after the hunter who had been so easily spotted after his little miss, as they attacked him an accidental misfire would blow up his robot and send the lazer blast at Leatherhead's rope severing it!  Leatherhead who was still unconcious would be helpless against all of this as he fell into the whirlpool, in which there was a giant fan and Leatherhead was headed straight for it!  If he wasn't saved he would become one dicey crocodile.  Plunging into the water the TMNT make a desperate attempt to save his life, however, the current is too strong and the only way to save him is for Donatello to use his staff to stop the fan.  After dragging him out of the water they would lay him down, and Leonardo would then proceed to cut off the ropes that bound his wrists and ankles.  Leatherhead would then wake up and would be overjoyed to see Michelangelo alive, Leatherhead then tries to warn them about the hunter but Leonardo tells him not to worry as they already know.  The hunter would then emerge, his gun at critical level sparks would be seen around it.  He would announce that his gun was going to explode and take them all with it,  Leatherhead would then launch himself foward, his inner rage once again ingited and latch onto the gun with his hands.  Then he would take the hunter with him over the edge and into the water, the gun would then explode, Donatello would then say that Leatherhead had given his life to save theirs.  This was not true as Leatherhead once again emerged.  As they all decided to go home Leatherhead disagreed, saying that he would not risk another relapse and what if he had actually hurt Michelangelo or worse.  They try to convince him they can help him manage it, but he would not allow that kind of threat to their lives when they were so close and precious to him in his heart.  Donatello finds a substitue in an abandonded station he had discovered via hacking some computers, here he was three minutes away so he had some space to cool down and control his temper.  Leatherhead would then say "I don't know how to thank you" they would respond by saying he didn't have to, and "us mutants gotta stick together family and all that."  Leatherhead agreed.

    Leatherhead would clutch his head in pain at the sound which would not stop, the pain in his head throbbing he continued to shout to make it stop from the apparently strange devices at work.  As the TMNT were about to be  eliminated due to them being unconcious, Leatherhead appeared to save the day.  They would then wake and Leonardo would exclaim "Master Splinter!"  Leatherhead would explain they abducted him and he couldn't stop them.  Then Professor Honeycutt appeared and join the group, Leatherhead would then notice a signal on the computer which could help them get where they needed to go.  Leatherhead would erupt from the car and taking out the enemies in the path,  Leatherhead would then catch the door before it closed allowing the TMNT to go through.  As enemies poured into the room Leatherhead's inner rage was once again fired up, he then proceeded to take out Bishop's men.

   Master Splinter fortells of a vision which causes the group to go on a mission to infiltrate and stop whatever the Shredder is apparently planning, Leatherhead accompanies Donatello into the base while the other's work in teams of two or three.  While on their way further inward Leatherhead and Donatello are ambushed by Foot Tech, which are special Foot Ninja with technology that enables to cloak themselves, rendering them invisible.  After taking a few beatings Leatherhead's rage ignites and he easily defeats the Foot Tech, after which they continue moving foward.   Then they stumble upon the Shredder's plan, a starship designed to take him into outer space, and away from the Earth so he may spread his terror to other planets and the main target of his wrath would be the Utrom homeworld.  As Leatherhead and Donatello fight off foot minions , Oroku Saki appears via a secret entrance.  Donatello then launches an attack against him attempting to stop him, and are shortly joined by Michelangelo, Master Spliner, and Raphael.  They all take up a stance against Oroku Saki in an effort to stop his advancement.  They are shortly joined by Hun, and four elite Ninja who are all underlings to Oroku Saki.  Immediatly after Hun demands they "step away from the master"  a strange sound would be heard which would begin to rapidly speed up.  The source of the sound would become evident as an explosion would cause the door to blow wide open, and in the smoke of this Bishop and his troops would appear.  Then Bishop would announce to "Destroy them all!"  Upon opening fire a great brawl would ensue, with everyone fighting.  Leatherhead would take shelter from the blasts, and Karai and Leonardo would then appear from the secret entrance.  Master Splinter would then confront Shredder and then announce he would not let him flee to reak havoc on other planets or to seek vengeance upon the Utrom homeworld.  After taking a slash at him, Oroku Saki would block this but fall prey to Raphael's sneak attack, nor Michelangelo's continuation of this.  Afterwhich Hun would rescue him and attempt to hold them off.  Leatherhead would just be finishing off a couple of foot ninja when he notices Oroku Saki attempting to make his departure, not giving him the chance to do so Leatherhead's rage would ignite as his pupils turned to slits and his animal side took over in a fury of rage.  This would cause him to plant a serious number of punshing blows upon Oroku Saki's body.  Hun, who had seen this would rush to his aide and knock Leatherhead away from him.  Leatherhead would then be knocked into a tank of strange orange fluid, this would cause the glass to shatter as it spilled over him.  Leatherhead would then appear to have been knockd out.  Hun would then rip off the fragment of clothing on Oroku Saki and say quite stunned "Sir, you...uh...you're an Utrom?"  Leatherhead would then ambush him and send them spiraling downwards down a pit.  Upon Shredder's attempted escape the team would disable him, causing him to escape in his Utrom form.  However, he is easily cornered causing Karai to come to the rescue.  Bishop attempts to stop this, however fails.  Shredder's ship takes off and the turtles make a desperate leap and proceed within the ship as it leaves.

    Leatherhead would be clothed in an attire that demonstrated his intellectual side which was composted of a white jacket which scientests often wear, Leatherhead would then go on to explain about Donatello's mutation.  Leatherhead would then announce that he was unable to cure Donatello.  Leatherhead would then unveil the containment unit that he and Donatello had been working on to catch larger mutations, and with which they could use to hold him.  Once they found him they began to attack him and trying to keep him off guard, once they had accomplished this they Leonardo signaled for Leatherhead who emerged and immedaitly restrained Donatello.  After which he placed him inside the containment unit, Donatello was then locked in.  He struggled, but he could not break out.  Then after taking him back to the lair they began to gaze at him wondering what to do, Leatherhead made the comment about being able to sympathize as he knew what it felt like to be a monster.  Leonardo then vows to hunt a cure down him no matter what it takes.

   Leatherhead announces that Donatello did the majority of the work on the outbreak virus, and would like to consult with Donatello on his own progress considering the fact that Donatello is the monster captured.  Leatherhead would then go on to say that without him he felt his progress would be too slow.  He then explains that Donatello's condition grows worse by the minute and it was only a matter of time until he is lost forever.  After Leonardo suggested Bishop may be able to uncreate the virus Leatherhead remarks that Bishop is a dangerous man.  After Michelangelo had tried to feed Donatello, he would become ensared by his grip.  Leatherhead would turn on the tranquilzing gas but Donatello was becoming immune to it.  Leatherhead then says he will have to work on stronger tranquilizers.  Leonardo would then exclaim that was that and they were going after Bishop, but not knowing where to find him.  Leatherhead would speak up explaining how Bishop had held him for weeks torturing him and he knew where to find him, but the journey would be too long and they probably didn't have that much time.  They then borrowed the helicopter Donatello had been working on.  Leonardo would then form a plan to go after Bishop after they had arrived at AREA 51 which was Bishop's base.  Agreeing to Bishop's deal they would bring Donatello in his concealment tank Leatherhead following.  Upon seeing Bishop Leatherhead's temper would once again begin to rise, however, the TMNT managed to calm him down by reminding him of why they had gone to him.  Donatello would rip out of the containment field which Stockman had hooked up, and after ripping the door of Stockman's personal contaiment unit off would then thrust it at Leatherhead which would hit him and cause him to collapse.  As Bishop was just about to neutralize Donatello Leatherhead would appear and knock him away, he would crush the device on Bishop's hand saying if he must be subdued he would do it.  Leatherhead then tackled him and they began to roll down the hall.  Their little brawl would carry into the genetics labratory where Bishop had been experimenting on him, Leatherhead would then begin to panic and freak out as he collapsed to the ground afraid of the memories which had happened here and unable to move.  Leatherhead was completley defenseless and unaware of Donatello's attack, however, Leonardo would then proceed to administering tranquilizers to his body which subdued him.  Leatherhead would once again make arguments about not trusting Baxter Stockman nor Bishop with the care of Donatello.

    Leatherhead's rage would ignite upon the news that there was no cure and that Bishop had lied to them about it in order to get them to retrieve something for him.  As Leatherhead was about to attack him Master Splinter was able to calm him down, but when Bishop came into the room Leatherhead's rage was focused on him instead.  Leatherhead would then proceed to attacking him, but before he could Bishop warned him that if he did Stockman would stop working on a cure.  This stopped Leatherhead from attacking him as his pupils returned to their circular shape, Leatherhead then asked Baxter Stockman to show him the results of what he had so far.  Leatherhead had finally found a cure for the outbreak, and Bishop says it would have been a waste to disect him due to him being more brilliant than Stockman.  Leatherhead had finally cured Donatello who stepped out of the containement unit completly bare of any sort of clothing, and totally maskless.  As Donatello had just been cured he was a little faint and began to fall over, as he did so Leatherhead caught him.  Still clinging to Leatherhead he would smile as everyone expressed their joys to see him.  As they all fled the now to explode building they escaped in the helicoptor and began to fly away, as they did the building exploded.  The outbreak all over would be cured, and it would truly be a happy ending, or was it?
